Having previously worked with Marina, we already knew she was reliable, knowledgeable, conscientious, and pleasant. She is everything a person could ask for in a realtor. Marina gave us valuable advice on staging, hired a photographer that took breathtaking photos of our home, and created irresistible advertising materials for our property. She hit the ground running as she knew we wanted to sell and close quickly; we were listed immediately, had an open house within days, and got a solid offer that same week as a result of the open house. Throughout the process, from listing to closing, Marina was on top of every aspect of the sale, represented our best interests in all negotiations, and made herself available to us for questions or concerns 24/7. Marina’s efforts made the process go smoothly and pleasantly. I my lifetime thus far, I have purchases and sold 4 homes. Marina helped with out most recent sale, and with our previously most recent purchase. We look forward to working with her again to buy our next home. Ms. Jacobson is really quite amazing! Early on New Year’s Day morning (2013) I found a Northbrook home listing on the internet that looked to be exactly what I wanted. Not yet having a realtor, and knowing that top realtors work 7/24, I started blind calling Northbrook realtors. After a few no-responses, Marina answered and I asked if she could show me the place. She said she would do her best and she did manage a showing that day.
Turned out that listing was not what I wanted, but after only a half dozen walk throughs, Marina found me the absolutely perfect home. She was most congenial and helpful in every way possible in expediting the deal and closure. A class act. You can’t go wrong with Marina.

I have had an excellent experience with Marina from beginning to end on several sales and purchases over recent years, including one condo sale she handled for me this year Her follow up, negotiating skills, loyalty where amazing She went far and above my expectations I don’t care for many of the pushy sales people out there today.
Marina instinctively knows when to be aggressive and when not to be when representing ME I like her on my side when negotiating She is an absolute expert, up to the minute with full knowledge of her market She tells the truth….not just what I want to hear.
Many years ago I had a broker’s license and owned several real estate offices in Chicago I have many friends with a license to pick from and could even use my own license.
You do get what you pay for and I felt wiser to let a real full time professional represent me I know a good broker better than most and Marina is as good as they come
